What about the pet sitters?

Our pet sitting team are reliable students

and hardworking adults. We communicate

privately with every pet sitter and give as much

support as possible. Our pet sitters agree to

provide the services stated in the contract in a

reliable, caring and trustworthy manner.

Do we get to meet with a Pet sitter

before leaving  our pets in your care?

Yes! It is important to us that you meet before the booking

is finalised as to make sure everyone is comfortable. The pet

sitter will have a list of questions to

discuss with you (the pet owner) to avoid any discomfort 

that may occur during the booking .

What are your Pet sitting rates?

Kindly have a look over our fees and services on the button.

What do you do in case of an emergency?

If a medical emergency arises, the Pet Sitter will make

every effort to contact you (the pet owner) before seeking

medical treatment your the pet(s).

If the Pet owner could not be contacted, the pet sitter has

full responsibility in making sure your pets get the

neccesary medical attention .

(Any Veterinary costs accumilated during the booking will be the Pet

owners' responsibility and not the Pet Sitter or HugMeMor.)

Are there Holiday Cancellation Fees?

If you decide to cancel your booking after payment, cancellation

fee of 30% of the total bill will be charged. 

No refunds would be given after the booking has started.
